CARPET CLEANING - WHAT TO EXPECT

 We at Wilson Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning strive to make your carpet cleaning a very positive experience:  Here are some basic questions we will ask when you call:

  1. What areas are you wanting cleaned?

  2. Do you want traffic areas cleaned, furniture moved for wall to wall, or a little of both?

  3. Are there any spots or areas of concern?

Carpet Cleaning Procedure
 

  1.  After we have determined exactly what you want to have cleaned, we will measure and give you an exact price before we proceed. 

  2. Vacuuming of carpet if necessary.

  3. Pre-treat carpet with non-toxic cleaning solution.  (SEE NOTE A)

  4. Secure protective guards on wall corners and where needed. 

  5. Edge clean perimeter (See picture #1) and all hard to reach areas such as inside closets and behind doors with a smaller tool. 

  6. Special attention to spots and area of concern. 

  7. Fully clean main carpet with cleaning wand using our powerful truck mounted cleaning system.  (See picture #2)

  8. Stairs are cleaned with a special tool so every part can be cleaned including treads, risers and stringers. (See picture #3 birds eye view)

  9. Any furniture left on freshly cleaned carpet will be blocked or padded as needed so it can remain in place.  (See picture #4)

NOTE A
** The cleaner is applied first, allowing dwell time to loosen and dissolve soils.  The main extraction process uses only hot water, resulting in clean, residue-free carpet.

Commercial Carpet Cleaning
