We use a powerful truck mount steam cleaning system. Our method is to pre-treat the carpet with a non-toxic cleaner, then agitate, rinse and extract with clear hot water. We do extra dry passes over the carpet to ensure minimal dry time.

We set up a vacuum hose and a water line from our van into your home and carry away all waste water.

Average drying time is between 6 - 8 hours but it can be affected by relative humidity in the surrounding air. We do extra dry passes to help lessen the drying time. Things that you can do to lessen drying time:

1. Setting up an oscillating fan over carpet.

2. Adjust furnace setting for a maximum air exchange.

3. Turning on bathroom fan.

4. Opening windows if it's a nice day and it is safe to do so.

NO!! Actually detergent soaps create a lot of foam causing a drastic loss of suction. It takes quite a bit of work to get a soap spill out so it's best to let us handle the spot.
