Odor control
We have different options for odor control depending on your needs. We will access the situation before cleaning to determine which is the best method to use to get the desired results.
General Cleaning
Level 1
In many cases, a thorough cleaning of the carpet will do much to freshen the smell of a room. If problem spots are encountered while cleaning, an odor neutralizer can be used.
Neutralizing Cleaner
Level 2
With larger areas of concern on carpet or items of furniture, a chlorinated dioxide odor neutralizer cleaner is used. This stabilized cleaner uses oxygen to attack odours at the molecular level without the use of perfume. We have had wonderful results with this cleaner and have found it to be the best product we have ever used for odour neutralization.
Full Permeation odor control
Level 3
In cases where odor contamination goes beyond carpets and furniture and has permeated the entire dwelling (for example tobacco odour) a different process using this same chlorine dioxide is used. Please call for more details.
